Taiwan-based rectifier diode maker Pan Jit International has seen orders for small-signal diodes rise with visibility extending until March, thanks to brisk demand for smartphones, tablets and ultrabooks , according to the company.

Pan Jit indicated it currently has a monthly production capacity of 1.5 billion small-signal diodes, and has no plans to expand capacity for the time being.

Pan Jit expects its quarterly revenues to register sequential growth through the third quarter of 2012, and rising sales of high-margin small signal diodes will buoy its profit performance.
