D-Link expects its consolidated revenues for the first quarter of 2012 to decrease slightly on quarter while corresponding gross margin will remain unchanged, company president AP Chen said at a March 2 investors conference.

Of fourth-quarter 2011 consolidated revenues, 62% came from emerging and Asia Pacific markets, 24% from Europe and 14% from North America, Chen indicated. In terms of product lines, wireless devices accounted for 40% of consolidated revenues, followed by switches with 29%, fixed-line broadband devices with 16% and digital home products with 11%, Chen said.

For 2012, the China, India, Middle East and Japan markets will be the main sources of revenue growth, Chen pointed out.
