KHAN COMPRESSED AIR FILTERS

  • Why need to purify the compressed air?

There are many particles and dusts in the atmosphere, including dirt, bacteria, viruses, hydrocarbons, water, oil, and other contaminants. It is estimated that there are more than 1.4 billions of particles in one cubic meter of environmental air. When this air is sucked into your compressor, compressed to 7 bar pressure, the particles and dusts will increase to more than 11.2 billions/m³. If there are 80% of particles pass through your compressor’s intake filter and find their way to your process line or system, it will not only cause operation problems, but also affect the quality of your end products and even cause failure or damage to your pneumatic machine.

In order to improve your product quality or extend the lifetime of your machine, the air filter is indispensible. For the different mediums, we have developed a comprehensive range of filter and elements to meet your filter requirements.

    The advantage of filter:

♦ High efficiency with large filtration area.
♦ High dirt holding capacity with longer life expectancy.
♦ Lower pressure drop & energy saving.
♦ Possibility of higher air flow.
♦ Differential pressure gauge with color-coded warning scale which the pressure inside the filter can be easily seen.
♦ Auto drain is the standard accessory. No need to worry about the discharge of filtered water and filtered oil.
♦ With die-cast aluminum housing, not deform under pressure.
♦ Stainless steel support sleeves, hard and durable.
♦ For dust removal filter element, with stainless steel support sleeve and shell, have great support and never deform.
♦ Oil removal filter elements are made of European filter media, pleated filter material with high filtration area.
♦ The foam socks of oil removal filter elements have the function of flocculating oil mist. It is not as the usual form which would  rupture when the oil entering, leading to contamination in the piping system.
♦ The filter media meets the air quality requirement of ISO 8573.
