KHAN VX™ Centrifugal Solid-liquid Separator

    VX™系列離心式固液分離器(簡稱VX™分離器)是本公司推出的一項新型液體微粒分離裝置,廣泛應用於固液分離領域。VX分離器的分離效率取決於微粒密度和液體黏度,微粒比重較大,黏度越低,分離效果越佳。對於大於40µm的可沉澱雜質的最高分離效率高達98%,VX分離器最小可分離出5µm的固體雜質。
     
    VX分離器在分離過程中不使用任何活動零件,無需清潔或更換過濾濾材,可常年使用而無需維護。VX分離器高效穩定的性能和經濟的運轉成本使其成為固液分離處理的理想選擇。
     
    VX分離器本身通過多段組合分離能夠大幅提高難分離微粒的分離效率,同時還是極佳的預過濾裝置。先通過VX分離器低成本、高可靠性的前處理,然後與自清洗過濾器、袋式過慮器、芯式過慮器等其他後端精過濾設備配合使用,能獲得更佳的過慮性能,降低濾材消耗及物料排放。本公司提供以上整體過濾解決方案。
     

     
    工作原理
     
    VX分離器是一種為結構設計精簡之機械裝置,它利用離心力和摩擦力的作用來分離液體中的可沉澱微粒。
    液體從上方的入口(1)進入時,內置的加速環(2)讓液體流速加快,從而使液體在加速環所形成的離心力(3)的作用下在經過圓柱形的分離室時產生高速旋轉的渦流,做循環的旋轉運動,比流體比重的微粒被甩到分離室(4)的外壁,微粒順著外壁滑落到收集室,當液體遇到轉向板(5)時會有一個270度的轉向,形成更有效的分離。防渦器(6)使仍然懸浮的雜質沉澱到收集室內。然後從排污口(7)排出分離出的液體流經位於中心位置的渦流管,然後從出口流出。
     
     

     
    排污方式
     
    累計於收集室內之污物,可利用手動排污或加裝自動排污控制器,並根據實際需要設定排污週期與排污時間。

    The need-to-removed microparticle’s density must be bigger than the fluid density. The separation effect will be better as the two density’s differences is bigger. The table lists some normal microparticle’s density when separated from water.

     Separator Selection Guide
     
    In order to select suitable separator, you should concern the following factors: (1) liquid viscosity and density (2) micro-particle size distribution and density (3) actural filter flow (4)system pressure (5) Drain cycle.

    Solid-liquid separator’s efficiency depends on the formed centrifugal force. In the separator, the vortex flowrate decides centrifugal force and vortex flowrate is influenced by flow. So please choose your suitable separator by matching your actural flow to VX separator specification table.

    Specifications
     
    VX separator adopts 304/316 stainless steel as body material. Max. working pressure 1.0 MPa. VX series is complete in specifications. One separator could treat the flow of 7-505m³/h and the pressure loss is 0.02-0.067MPa, it can meet different applications. Inlet and outlet below DN40 is connected by NPT thread, DN50 and above is connected by HG standard flange, drain connection is NPT female thread.
